10% additional on earned rate. No bleed premium on spreads if ad bleeds only across gutter. 

Regional Pricing

Frequency Discount 
Rates earned on total number of space units within any 12 month period. Each page of spread counts as one insertion toward earning frequency rate. 

Commissions and Cash Discounts 
15% to all recognized, accredited agencies provided that account is paid within 30 days from date of invoice. No commission on production charges. 

Inserts & Special Units 
Furnished by advertiser ready for binding. Black and white rates apply. Inserts of less than full-page size must be followed by full page as placed by same advertiser. Non-commissionable bind-in charge of $1,500 applies. Full-page card is charged as black and white pages. Cards, inserts gatefolds, cover gates and other special units accepted. Contact nearest sales office for costs and specifications. 

Circulation Rate Base 
Rate Base Circulation is 165,000. Credit for any shortfall in this rate base, as determined by average figure for each six month period during the time such rate base is in effect, will be made only in advertising space promptly after the issuance of an audit. There will be no additional charge for bonus circulation.
